A little about me.

Hey, I'm Ferhat.

Hey, I'm Ferhat Akan, 24 years old, and I am a UX and UI designer based in Stockholm, Sweden. I love making apps and websites that feel simple and easy to use. Before design, I spent over 10 years making music and more than 5 years working in customer service and sales. Now I get to bring my creative side and my professional side together.

How I got into design

I was always curious about why some apps feel great and others feel annoying. That question pulled me into UX. I like figuring out what real people need and then building something that just works.

Outside of work

When I'm not designing, I am probably making music, hanging out with friends or spending time with my girlfriend. She is my best friend for life. Sometimes I also design random stuff when I'm bored, because my brain won't stop.

What I care about
